Activities and Support from the Alumni Association:

The College has an active Alumni Association. The Alumni support all endeavours of the Colllege. The College felicitates alumni who have achieved noteworthy success in their respective fields.

Healthy Practices of the Institution:

The counselling cell organizes regular meetings with parents and guardians so that they get acquainted with the nature of the course, so as to provide a supportive atmosphere to the students. The counselling cell also organizes open day for academically weak students to make the parents aware of their performance. Co-operative learning sessions help academically weaker students cope with their limitations.

The multi rater feedback system followed by the College gives objective feedback on various programmes.

A teacher appraisal proforma is given to students and they offer feedback to each teacher on various aspects. The results of the same are used for analyzing the efforts of the institution in offering quality teacher education.

The College offers several opportunities to hone the latent talents of the students. Students are encouraged to share their expertise with their classmates through workshops and seminars.

Some additional special features of Pushpanjali are as follows:

  • Annual Gathering and Annual Exhibition of Learning Resources and SUPW prepared by the students.
  • Theme based assemblies which incorporate core values and life skills.
  • Organization of internal competitions in co curricular fields.
  • Maintenance of co curricular activities record.
  • Research aptitude is inculcated in students through research projects, seminars and paper presentation sessions.
  • Members of Students' Council are elected. Student Council members are assigned portfolios, thus co-ordinating activities in league with the faculty
  • Publication of Annual College magazine to hone the literary skills of students.
  • Environmental Club for students of Environmental Education, Geography and Science Method.
  • Literature Club for Students of English, Hindi and Marathi Methods.
